Throughout her 30+ year career, Sharla has consistently ranked as an industry top 1% producer and received numerous awards and accolades. She has been a President’s Club qualifier since 1992. Sharla has more than $2.8 Billion in personal career closed-volume production and has helped over 9,800 families realize their homeownership goals and dreams.

Though stellar and impressive, rankings and production are not what is important to Sharla. What is important are the clients those numbers and rankings represent. The greatest honor she has received professionally is her #1 ranking in the nation for customer service scores via client surveys. Sharla’s unique approach to mortgage lending creates high trust and lasting relationships. Her systematic approach ensures that every experience is as hassle-free as possible and that the clients’ expectations are met. She and her team are also experts in the analysis of sophisticated financial data, and they have an in-depth understanding of credit loan programs and parameters. A native of Utah, Sharla grew up in the beautiful Cache Valley. Sharla has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. She lives in Farmington, Utah. Sharla and her family love spending time together. In her spare time, Sharla loves creative activities such as writing, playing the piano and baking (she’s a master at her specialty recipes for homemade bread and jumbo chocolate chip cookies). Sharla and her husband of 38 years, Steve, have two children – Judd (23), married to Sarah, and Lexi (18). Sharla recently became a grandma to the cutest baby boy ever, and she absolutely cherishes that special title!
