I never had a problem asking for any kind of updated information, and I was always in the know about what to expect next during my home purchasing adventures. Outside of how easy the team was to work with, I heard that my Real Estate agent had an easy time communicating as well. The online portal was also a big benefit as it was easy to navigate through.

I was very impressed with the speed and communication I received throughout the entire process. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. Towards the end of the process I was feeling frustrated when I learned about the escrow fee related to the property insurance but my concern was addressed promptly with a satisfactory solution.
